Candle
A candle is the source of light usually maked of the solid fuel column. Inside this column is a candle wick as long as a candle. In the past candles were made from tallow and were used by upper classes. The Poor used an animal fat. Nowadays, your candle is probably maked from a parrafin or a stearin.
The prevalence of candles in light sources occured before the electricity. In common use beside candles were oil lamps especially in the north Europe. Today we particularly take a candle because of aesthetics (for example due to make a romantic feeling) or in case of emergency.
